Adrian lifted his heavy eyes away from the phone screen and blinked his eyes. He took a deep breath and as he was opening his eyes, he caught a glance of James’s eyes on him through the rear mirror. His eyes looked apprehensive and he quickly said,
“James!” Adrian shook his head while at the same time lowered his face. When he raised up his face, he asked James,
“Tell me what you know and how it all happened? My main concern right now is to get Amber back into my life. But James, I am disappointed in you. You let down your guards James. Why will you allow all of this to happen to me and you know that I was drugged?” He raised his voice.
“Sir..Sir, I became aware when Amber came home.”
“You mean Amber saw me naked?” Adrian interrupted, but James couldn’t answer out of fear.
