Amber's pov
Is this a game of love or something? Adrian knows how to make me happy, but we haven't been out of the house like this before. It's always been indoor games. My eyes were closed, and I couldn't stop smiling. Adrian and I were sitting in the back seat, and I don't even know what kind of car we got into because he blindfolded me before we left. Did he forget to blindfold me initially when we first came out of the house, or did the thought just occur to him as we were about to leave?
"Where are we going?" I asked, unable to estimate the time and distance we had covered in the darkness.
"I'm taking you somewhere familiar. Just relax," he replied.
"Relax while my eyes are closed?” I asked and then started laughing. "Should I guess where we're going?" I asked as I felt his touch on my lap. "A hotel?"
"Nope."
"I don't think you will be able to guess correctly. All I want you to do is stay calm and expect..." He paused.
"I thought you wanted to say something."
