Author's pov
Adrian hadn't finished reading Amber's message when his phone fell from his hands.
“Oh my god! Where is Amber?” He raised his voice.
He was initially shocked and within a very short period of time, he became enraged and as he was about to stand up, James quickly said,
“But sir, you are…”
James wanted to emphasize the fact that he was taking treatment only for him to get a push from Adrian.
“How could you have allowed what happened to happen to me?” He widened his eyes and some of the things that were fixed on his body fell off. His rage attracted one of the doctors attending to him. He rushed in and opened the door. When the doctor saw his anger, he stood afar and used his hands to demonstrate,
“Please, consider yourself healthy first. Please!” The doctor in a white lab suit continued to please.
“Don't tell me that. Come and take the things away from my body.”
“Okay, we will…but,” he wanted to say something, but Adrian opened his eyes and pointed at him.
