“What? Are you serious?” I said in shock and he smiled and nodded as he fix the band-aid on my knee.
“Yeah,” he replied. “She is the reason why I…I don’t like the idea of being close to an actress and being in articles,” he added and I was stunned by what he revealed.
“Sorry,” I uttered and he look at me and chuckled which made me frown.
“It’s not your doing, beside, you help me figure out something that’s why I should even thank you for that,” he said and gently stood up to place my feet straight on the sofa and sat beside it.
“What? How did my presence even help? You’re clearly uncomfortable, I mean I’m sure. Like, imagine as soon as I showed up in front of you all I did is to drag you into tons of articles!” I said in shock and he just stare at me and smile.
