Raymond removed his hat and scratched his head wildly. It had been hitching him for a while and he had been resisting to scratch it. But he couldn't hold it any longer.
He checked the hat out again. It was very big. If not for what they had planned. Nothing would have made him chose this kind of hat as an outfit.
"He's coming" Grace whispered quickly. Raymond looked at his side. A waiter was coming with the food they ordered.
"Put on your hat" Grace whispered again. That was obviously what he wanted him to do earlier which he didn't concur.
"No. You still don't understand what we are doing. I can take it off. All we wanted is to......" Raymond held the hat in his hands. He wasn't going to put it on.
"I understand everything very well" Grace cut in. "Just put the damn hat on" she implored. She shook her head often. She was angry Raymond was not complying with her.
"The hat looks good on you. You should put it on" the waiter put their food on
