Olivia's last week was fairly calm. Caleb has become more approachable. And she, too, was coming in terms of having her best friends back in her life. It also relieved Drake that Olivia's life was finally getting back on track.
Olivia was eating breakfast with the Knights when Caleb reached for her and asked for a favour. “Can I tag along with you? My car is gone for servicing.”
She was, however, taken aback. She never imagined the day would come when Caleb would ask for her help.
“Um, sure.”
“You are not a bad driver,” Caleb said as they drove to school.
“Thank you.”
“So, if you don’t mind, may I ask you a question?” He asked her nervously.
“Yes.”
“Is something going on between you and Prof. Drake? It’s fine if you don’t want to tell me. I mean, even if something is going on, I wouldn’t tell anyone about it.”
Olivia laughed as a result of Caleb’s words. It’s absurd to think she and Drake could ever be a couple.
