As
wraps up her act, her true intentions become crystal clear—this isn't just a
showcase of her design. She's showing off, each word, every calculated look my
way, all the pauses filled with sickly sweet memories aimed at me to hear and
grasp why she's pulling this stunt. She's out to prove a point, to ensure I
notice her, that I listen to her take on the past, the one she's tweaked to fit
her own story.

still has not change. She is still the woman who seeks validation and
attention.
Still,
despite her obvious attempt to get under my skin, I find myself unable to give
a damn.

This
thought hits me like a massive wave making my body freeze as fear twists in my
