Shelly’s POV
As soon as we make it out of the car, Sabrina grabs my hand, and we're practically sprinting toward the bathroom.
The house feels oddly quiet without Michal and Sebastian, which is actually kind of a relief given what we have in our hands: two pregnancy tests that hold the answer to our future.
I can't help but laugh at Sabrina’s child-like excitement. Her enthusiasm seems unstoppable, and it's contagious.
I chuckle, trying to catch my breath, "Sabrina, would you slow down? Where's the fire, babe?" I say, my voice laced with laughter.
But Sabrina’s on a mission, her pace unwavering. She tosses a reply over her shoulder, her voice as casual as if we're discussing the weather.
"Well Shelly, the men aren’t home right now, so it’s the perfect time to pee on some sticks." Her nonchalance makes me grin wider.
Reaching the bathroom, Sabrina pulls me inside with her, closing the door firmly behind us. I blink at her, as if she’s suddenly sprouted a second head. "
