My eyes snapped open as I blinked a few times adjusting with the rays of daylight that shone through the window. I tried getting up but was held down by muscular arms draped round my waist.
It was Corey, he once looked peaceful while asleep. I didn’t bother touching his face knowing he could be awake at any time.
Just like I thought, his eyes came into view making contact with mine. I noticed he had dark circles beneath his eyes, his hair was messy but he still looked handsome with his ocean blue orbed eyes.
“Does it still hurt?” he referred to the mark on my neck. I lifted my hand to my neck trailing my fingers on the spot he marked me.
“Not really” I voiced out.
Suddenly, a sharp pain came from my stomach. I whimpered a little. It got worse as my tummy began hurting a lot.
