“Who the fuck are you and why the hell are you and why did you change your voice?”
I screamed as I tightened my hold on her neck.
“Please don't hurt me, ma'am, I have no idea what you're talking about.”
“Melissa, are you sure she's the one?”
“She's the one. I'm sure of it. But her voice is different. She doesn't sound this way. She must have done something to her voice, so I wouldn't recognize her.”

l looked in the direction of the others, who looked at me with a frightened expression.
“Speak up, all of you. Did you see her tending to get mom, just like she said?” Arnold asked in a deep, commanding voice.
