As I got back to the hotel, I saw Stephen outside, and I was really angry because I knew that he would definitely say something that would make me so angry with him.
I had to act as though I was in a hurry so that I would not have to stop and start responding to him, as I knew that he had nothing good to tell me; rather, he just told me words that would annoy me, and he constantly asked me about Emily, knowing fully well that I get angry when anyone talks about her. I just had to act as though I did not see him, and then he began to call me.
I knew I would surely fall into his trap because he was so manipulative, and he would always act as though I and him were in good times.
