Things were relatively calm in the next few days. There were no strange occurrences, and for the most part, I was at peace.
I spent a lot of time with Lucan, and discovered a lot about him and the Olafur family.
Especially his mother.
She died on the day Lucan was born, and that's all he knows about her. The Alpha refuses to talk about her, and whenever Lucan tried to ask questions, his father would shut it down, claiming it wasn't important for him to know anything about her. I couldn't die—I found that very strange.
