After a few hours passed, Ryker felt his sleep slipping away. He opened his eyes and stared at the ceiling blankly not knowing what to do when people wake up from a peaceful sleep because he never experienced one until today. As soon as his senses came back he felt a weight at his forehead. He immediately lifted his hand and touched the thing to feel a face soft which turned him alert and he tried to sit up immediately but found a hand at his chest.
When he moved his gaze at the hand he found his earring in the ring finger and he recognised it as Inaayat's hand without thinking twice. He turned confused that what she was doing there instead of the bed. He carefully sat up not wanting to wake her up and saw her sitting on the floor while her head on the couch which was at his forehead a second ago.
