At first he laughed at her eager actions and thought what will happen when she will remember this day that she told him to write a letter for her own husband. She will be so shy then. As he was thinking he saw a red mark on her palm and his laugh immediately died down. He dropped the pen on the table and caught her wrist in his slightly wrinkled hands.
He examined the mark on her wrist which looked like it was a burnt mark. He looked up at her with concern filled eyes while she looked scared when she saw him looking at that mark. Bhanu Pratap also noticed her fear filled honey brown eyes. He immediately stood up from his place and picking up the letter he walked towards a locker with some files and jewellery already in it. He placed the letter inside it and locked it with a secured pin code then came back to her.
"Ye kaise lagi aap ko?" He asked without beating around the bush while she stayed silent.
