I have been working for two weeks proving myself more and more with every account. Jax was still in a foul mood, but he rarely let it out on anyone. I felt bad that something was eating away at him. I had no idea what it was or how to help though.
My coworkers still seemed to be giving me the cold shoulder, but they didn't disrespect me. I didn't want to be loved by everyone so it was fine by me. As long as my staff did their work and listened to me, I was ok with not being their friends.
Brandon was here everyday, we even regularly got lunch together, and I was happy to have met him. I still didn't understand how he had two jobs and seemed to do them so well. Since both of his jobs involved being close to me I wasn't going to complain.
The past few weekends we spent getting completely wasted at the bar, after dancing half the night away. I was enjoying this little rhythm we had.
