Logan’s Pov
“What the hell just happened?”
I paced in an unsightly manner as I hit my head against a tree trying to figure out where they might have gone.
“Where did they go, where did he take her?”
I needed answers but there were none, I felt frustrated and confused.
“During that punch Ruby's powers must have triggered and teleported them somewhere. it's really a handful that she doesn't know the full extent of her powers.”
Her father looks at me, obviously disgusted and Mason as well looks disappointed Marcus stands by me trying to find a solution.
Where could they have gone? I bang my head against a tree and fall on my knees.
“I'm sure it wasn't your fault”
Marcus and Layla tries to console me as I blame it all on myself.
I walk up to Ruby’s father who stands in total silence trying to make sense of the situation.
“So. I’m sorry for not keeping my promise to you.”
“It isn’t your fault. Ruby’s powers are too unpredictable.”
