It has been six months into their blissful marriage and Nelson and Amelia's love continued to flourish. Nelson arrived home from work, eager to spend the evening with his wife. As he stepped into the house, the warm aroma of Mariam's cooking enveloped him.
Mariam, their cook, greeted him with a concerned expression.
"Welcome, sir. I hope your day was good sir. Madam hasn't been feeling well since morning," Mariam said, her voice laced with worry.
Nelson's brow furrowed.
"It was good Mariam. What's wrong?" Nelson asked, setting down his briefcase.
"I'm not sure, sir. She's been resting in the bedroom after I served her breakfast. She complained of nausea and fatigue," Mariam replied.
"Alright Mariam, let me go check on her" He said.
