Jasmine's POV
When the helicopter landed, I saw my son crying, searching for me. I didn't hesitate to run towards him and carried him while hugging him tight and crying.
“ Mommy! Mommy!” The only words he could utter while sobbing.
“ Daddy! “ Diego also hugged us and I couldn't explain how happy I was. I kept on crying while holding my son in my arms.
“ I missed you, baby,” I said while crying. He looked at me with his eyes full of happiness. I wiped his tears and calmed myself.
“ I miss you, mommy. I miss you too Daddy” he said while sobbing.
“ Stop crying now. We're sorry that we made you worried,” Diego tried to calm him. He bit his lips and nodded.
“ I miss you so much, Mom. I'm so worried; I thought you both left me,” He said, crying. I wiped his tears and hugged him. I bit my lower lip to keep my posture and to stop myself from crying.
