Chapter 23: Chance?
Jasmine's POV
After that meeting, Diego kept on asking me how it is. I didn't tell him that I met Travis.
“ I think she agreed about the wedding gowns I showed her. Maybe she'll schedule another meeting,” I said, and he nodded.
I went back to my laptop while he was cooking. I wasn't sure if Stacy really knew about that meeting, but since Diego told me that she was the one who emailed him, I didn't have to think much about it.
He went to the living room to check for David while I received a call coming from Via.
“ Ma'am, Mr. Adam is asking about you. I told him that you went for a business meeting out of town, but he kept on calling,” She said, and I know that Mr Adam will bother him.
“ Don't entertain him. What is his problem?! That Man is getting on my nerves!” I rolled my eyes, and I could see Via’s expression wince.
“ Maam-” she didn't continue talking when someone grabbed the phone in her hand.
