Chapter 37: I Never Wished
Jasmine's POV
When I woke up, I found myself lying on the bed. I didn't recall what happened, but when I saw him sitting beside me, holding my hands, everything went back to normal.
I get my hand back and force myself to sit. Damn, why him? Of all the people inside the venue, why he's the one who helped me? This might cause trouble again.
“ Hey, don't move too much. The doctor said you need a rest. You are stressed. That's why you fainted.” He explained, and I just nodded.
“ Why are you still here? “ I asked him, but he just looked away.
I looked at the door, waiting for someone to come in, and started ranting, but no one came.
“ Because you have no one, that's why I decided to stay?” He said in a not-sure voice. Really? Did he decide to stay?
