Annaliese breathes in relief when it's finally over. It was easier than she had thought.

Having high rank blood in her had helped her greatly and she couldn't be more grateful.

Her mate had said she did well and that makes her smile.

She could feel the positive reactions from people, another thing James had taught her how to do. 

The ones with happy emotions would have light surrounding them and the ones with the opposite emotions would have a thick dark blanket engulfing them.

Annaliese is on her way to the hospital with Marian and Kim. When they get there, she starts feeling nauseous.

"Marian, i need to use the toilet".
