Chapter 10: " Run Away "

Demonise POV:

“ l love you… “ I woke up in bed with so much pain in my body. I felt like I was tortured the whole night. Speaking of, I turned my head on the other side of the bed and saw him. His half figure was hidden in the pillows but his other eyes are closed.

He’s an innocent goddess whenever his sleeping, but a good-looking demon when awake. I traced my fingers on his face, I can feel that he’s exhausted. Tired of what we were doing yesterday night. 

“ I love you too… “ I whispered and gave him a peek of kiss in his cheeks. “ But I’m tired… “ I added. Tears are slowly eating me, I can’t hide the pain in my heart. “ I hope you’ll be happy. “ I smiled and kissed him once again.

The way he cared, touched, and kissed me yesterday was a bit different. If I would’ve known him, I might thought that he loves me too. But I know that it’s the most impossible word on his vocabulary.

I was about to get off in bed when I felt a heavy thing in my stomach. I looked at it and saw his arm, chaining my waist. I slowly lifted it and put a pillow as my exchange. I then, put my clothes on and took my significant belongings.

“ I-I love you… “ I froze when I heard him moan the word that I always wanted to hear, but I don’t deserve it anymore. I silently cried and stared at him for the last time. Before I get out, I removed my wedding ring and put it on his bedside table.

I always wanted to know how his room looks like, but know, I don’t have the chance to explore it anymore. “ Goodbye… “ I whispered and with a heavy heart, I left the man in my dreams. The man that I truly love and will always be.

Author's POV:

Right after Demonise left the room, Fergus' whispered the name whom he love. “ D-demonise… “ Lying in bed alone, Fergus' dreamed about how his wife looks like if she’s wearing a wedding dress that she wanted to wear.

His dream is so lovely because his wife was there. Not knowing the reality, the fact that his wife already run away. His dream, his dream has come to an end.

In the other hand, Demonise arrived to a place where he wants to be. A place where her best friend lives. He got off the car and run towards the gate. She was in a hurry because she’s afraid that Fergus would stop her, or so she thought.

“ Bella! I need your help! “ She shouted as she saw her friend at the garden. Bella was confused at first but her mind suddenly processed when she saw Dem getting near her.

“ Dem! “ Bella happily shouted and a tears of joy occupied her. She hugged Dem so hard. Its been three years since she last saw her best friend, making her heart being torn apart.

“ You’re here! “ Bella stared at Dem and observe her. Then she realized that there’s something wrong with her friend. “ Did your hot husband do something to you? “ She asked.

Demonise pinch Bella's waist and giggled. “ Don’t call him hot. “ She stated with a smile, but she knows what her heart really feels at the moment.

“ I was just aiming to let you smile. “ Bella said. Demonise smiled at her and tell her what had happened. While telling her about the pain Fergus' had caused her, Bella can’t avoid to feel pitty for her friend.

Bella thought, if her friend would stay here, she might be hurt again. So they made a plan that both of them don’t want, but has to be done. To run away and never come back!

“ I’ll let Sarah and Arriana help us. They’ve been in a vacation with their husband but I’ll tease them a bit. “ Bella stated. They are also a part of their friend cycle. 

Demonise smiled at ease and stared at Bella. Without the three of them, she might’ve given up three years ago. But with the comfort that her friends had given to her, she believed that it’s still a better choice to live.

Fergus POV:

“ Uhmm… “ I woke up in bed and reached my side to hold her, but my head suddenly burned out when I realized that the side of the bed was empty. “ Damn it! “ I automatically felt that she’s gonna be her hard-headed side again.

I seek for my phone but suddenly, I saw her wedding ring on the side table near the bed. Fear occupied me and my mind is in mess, all I can do know is to use my connections.

“ Close all the airport and don’t you dare let my wife pass it! Or else, I’m gonna kill all of you! “ I frustratedly shouted on the phone. I hang up and dialed another number, as soon as he picked up, I quickly asked him.

“ Vaanz, can you get Min and call the other of the group? Get Bella for me, that includes Sarah and Arianna. “ I seriously stated and wait for his reply. Vaanz is also one of my trusted friend, together with Min and the others.

“ I don’t know what happened but I’ll do the things you stated bro. Give me ten minutes. “ I took a deep sigh and said yes before I hanged up the phone. I stared at the wedding ring and get it.

“ This is not what I planned for the both of us… “ I mumbled and hold it in my hand until it became a fist. Losing you is not part of this story, so whether you like it or not, I’m gonna get you and chain you in my bed. Until you realize that I’m the only man who can satisfy you and the only person who have the authority to own you.

“ That’s what you want honey? Then you’ll never gonna get your freedom. “ A satisfied grin show up in my face yet, my heart is still struggling without her.

Call me obsess or a possessive phyco, but that’s how I define love. I don’t fuck'n share with what’s mine. She’s my property and wherever she goes, that will still be my territory. 

“ I’m not gonna let you scape again----honey… “ I whispered and kissed her wedding ring. If my life was written in a book, then I’m gonna kill the author who made this chapter as a part of my life!
