Thin line between hate and love
"Who's Emma?" Hannah asked as we walked to Luke's car. Oh right, she hasn’t met Emma yet. This would be a great opportunity for them. Maybe I can make them friends, right?
"Oh, she's my friend. She works with me at the shop." I said, getting into Luke's car as Dax, Leroy, and Eion got into his. I whispered to her when I was sure Luke was distracted while driving, "Dax has a crush on her that’s why he’s eager to get there."
Hannah gave me a look, before whispering back at me, "Are you sure it's not Leroy?" I shook my head in answer, “No, Leroy doesn’t like her, don’t worry,” And she sighed in relief. The fact made me smile, even more so when we heard an excited cat-call from Dax as they sped away.
"Well, someone's excited," Hannah mutters incredulously.
"Yup," I replied, popping the p, both of us giggling softly as Luke followed them too and we were behind them now.

He grabbed something from the hoodie’s pockets and I saw two cans of beer. My eyes widened in shock, wow. How does that even fit in there? I just chuckled. "Why don't we drink for a while? Since this world is full of cruel things?" he asked and held out one of the canned beers from his pocket. Grabbing the two beers, I threw it in the trash can, "Eion. "Snow, help me!" Emma called me in the morning, as it was Saturday and we are off from work. "What is it?" Rubbing my sleepy eyes, I yawned. I really hate people calling me by the morning. Leroy clapped his hands when everyone was already gathered here, "Now that we're complete, let's go guys," Leroy said, slinging his arms on Hannah’s shoulders. I could see Hannah tensing, her flushed cheeks suddenly turning redder, if that’s even possible. I saw Eion tensing up at what Leroy just did, "Don't touch my cousin, Leroy." He said, scowling at him. "Chill Eion, you remember why you're here right?" That made Eion silent and we walked towards the elevator. We came here to watch a movie, as Emma had said. We bought the tickets while the guys got the snacks. "Why didn't you tell me Eion is going?" I glowered at Emma. She chuckled nervously, "Uhm let me explain Snow..."

I was almost relieved that Eion didn’t bring it for the past few days that I saw him but keyword….almost... "I kissed you when I was drunk, didn't I?" That was the first thing I heard as soon as I answered Eion's call on a lovely Sunday morning. I didn't respond to that, as I tried calming down the monkeys in my brain. He remembered! Great! Note the sarcasm. "I did, didn't I?" He asked again but I still didn't reply to him. I mean, what should I say? Why did he even remember it? He sighed, "I'll take that silence as a yes...though I thought it was my usual dream..." That made me scream at him through the phone, "What is that usual dream, Eion?"
