"Celine, how are you?" Derek asks her in a cheerful voice.
She went to the grocery to buy some things that she would need. Now that she is pregnant, she has to start eating healthier. She did expect to see Derek around here. It's almost the end of 2021. The pandemic is somehow a bit in control. Although it's not yet over.
"Derek, what are you doing here?" She asked in a surprised tone.
If he's still alive during this time, that means that the incident might not have happened. Not that she is not happy to see him well. But she can't just forget what he did in the future. Although he has no idea about that yet.
