Utterly shocked, I cut the call and tossed my phone aside. Where did he disappear all of a sudden? He hardly stays out at night. I try his number again as Mrs Fisher comes with my clothes.

"Don't worry. He'll be back. Change your clothes and take a rest. Master has told me to lead you to the bed as soon as you come", she says.

He's never gonna change this bad habit. He can keep a track of me all the time but he will make me suffer worrying about him.

"Do you know where he is?" I ask, taking the clothes.

"No. He didn't say anything", she replies.

I don't know why I'm having weird vibes. Christian didn't talk to me about Adrian at all. And as far as I know Christian, he's not gonna let it go so easily. I could sense that he was waiting for me to recover before doing anything. Honestly, I'm scared of him sometimes.
