I Do Want Him

“Alright, I have lost my patience girl, so now you have to talk.” She narrowed her eyes around. 

“OK fine. Like I was saying, I found a man.” Daniella choked again.

“(laughing) this is unbelievable, who is he? Who is this man that has caught my dearest Lucia's eyes? Huh?” Daniella was so excited.

“Actually, I failed to get his name, it all happened so fast. But his surname is Derek. I heard someone call him that name the first time I saw him.”

Lucia’s respond made Daniella pout but was quick to bounce back in being excited and asked her about how and when she met him. Lucia was quick to tell her where and how she met him but of course she didn’t tell her about the drama that happened, about how she was called unattractive and was seen as a kid. 

“ The man, he is supper handsome. I don’t even know if he is real because his beauty is something else. He looks like a celebrity, if he really is, I would have heard or no, about him.”

“Wow, I am dying of curiosity, this is the first time you praise a man’s look, you know?”

“Oh, is that so? She smiled.”

“ Hello…. You never cared about men even during our time in school, I know how you turn them down. So now Lucia tell me, what are you going to do about this, your prince charming?” Daniella raised her brows again.

She was so damn intrigued, and she looked as if she was very much more animated about this than Lucia.

Lucia looked down, her hand wrapped round the mineral bottle, she looked as if she was considering something vital in her head while Daniella was impatiently waiting for her.

“I….” Lucia started as she looked up to Daniella, looking serious. I want him to be my boyfriend.”

For a while, Daniella gaped at her. She was very shock and couldn’t believe what she just heard, but immediately she recovered herself, a huge and a loving smile curved up on her face.

“Alright that’s my girl, you are finally hearing my advice.” Daniella looked serious, she never wanted to do anything to discourage her friend because she has long waited for this.

“My innocent Lucia have decided to be daring.”

Daniella was pleased and proud, like a happy mother who had just witness her child walk on her own or talk for the first time.

“ Daniella, I want to impress him, so I want to ask you to…” her fingers went through her hair.

“Sweetheart, I know what you want to say, just leave that to me. I will dress you and turn you into the most stunning woman in the world that he wouldn’t want to take his eyes off you.”

She smiled and caressed Lucia’s face.

After their talk, Lucia clarified it for Daniella that she would contact her whenever she wanted to meet him.

Daniella offered to help Lucia get her dream man but Lucia refused. 

“ I want to learn how to do it my self” she said.

Daniella was pleased hearing those words from her friend, at least she was very convinced that Lucia was becoming matured. 

“OK just call me whenever you need my help okay? And as for the outfit, leave that to me, I will handle it. Like I said, I will dress you like the most stunning woman on Earth.”

Daniella let out a soft smile which Lucia responded to immediately with a charming smile. 

“ I will make sure your prince charming falls in love with you on first sight” was what Daniella promised before they parted their ways.

Lucia didn’t tell her friend that she was not trying to make him fall for her, she didn’t tell her how the man rejected her, how he called her unattractive. It was very much obvious to her that the man wasn’t her kind and that she might never win his heart. And most of all, she didn’t tell her friend Daniella that the man was dangerous because she knew that if Daniella was to know the kind of man she chose, she will definitely go against it.

Daniella had always been protecting her ever since she acquired her new skills of fighting because she knew that Lucia had protected her from danger, and she could only show Lucia how grateful she was by standing beside her. Lucia knew Daniella so well that she had already foreseen Daniella's reaction if she found out about the mysterious man she had decided. 

 

It was already late when Lucia got home.

Once in her room, Lucia took out the paper given to her by Scott where she had kept it safe. She stared at it countless time, contemplating if she should dial the number or not but then, finally, she typed the number and saved it on her phone.

Daniella was at home already, but as usual, she went to a shop where she could take a little drink to chill herself. She started replaying all that Lucia had told her earlier, she was very much excited and wished that Lucia was with her at that moment. 

And meanwhile Isaac tried all his possible best to make it happen, but it appears that the more he tries, the worse it becomes. 

“ i can’t go back to my master like this, alright, i know what to do”.

At country of werewolves, the people made sure their sight never left the slave, they never trusted him, and the people of country of werewolves were security conscious. Doing something evil was never easy for a stranger in that country, and Mushard never got the opportunity he wanted. All his stay in that country was hell for him not because he was mistreated but rather he wasn’t comfortable with the eyes they were giving him. He just couldn't bear it. He wished he could be free anytime soon.
