Chapter 13: Knowing The Guys A Bit More (I)
“Dinner is now ready. Everyone go to the dining room,” called Randy, who walked out of the dining area still wearing his apron.
“Yes, finally,” rejoiced Eric, who pulled me as he led me to the dining room.
Everyone sat down on the longer sides of the table. But on the other hand, I sat in the middle facing them. Eric forced me to sit in the middle seat, which was not comfortable at all. Either way, I might have to get used to it soon.
“Do I have to sit here?” I whispered to Eric, who nodded his head.
“It’s a must since you’re the head of this house currently,” Eric whispered back to me.
I guess this doesn’t leave me with any choice but to sit here. I sniffed, smelling an incredible aroma flying around the room. What is this smell? It smelled like roasted chicken marinated with rosemary and other herbs.
