You!

Adina's POV

Sex was all I could see!

They were everywhere!

Bodies were grinding against each other, in a massive orgy. Some males were two on one woman.

The unending skin slapping against skin, mouths moaning, was all I could hear. Screams of ecstasy as they came apart.

I could feel the pent-up desire in them, the level of lust that was bombarding their every cell and sense.

The hall was filled with sexual tension that was thicker than anything else as males dominated the females — thrusting faster, deeper without pausing. They were behaving like mindless predators devouring their poor prey without mercy.

I could feel lust literally oozing from their pores. It's as if they have all turned into brainless peoples who only has one focus at this point — sex. There was nothing else they could focus on.

Their emotions seem to affect me too, I found myself swallowing hard. My panties were soaked, but there's no way in hell I'll give in. Gritting my teeth, I struggled to think of a way to get out of there.

Staying there was overwhelming!

As an empath, I could feel each and everyone's emotions, whether I wanted to or not.

I've felt what it's like for someone to be in pain, I've felt when a person is happy, mad, and what it's like to be broken, but this…

This was another level of madness! High-class torture. I'm not just feeling one person's primal lust, they are hundreds of them!

My head feels like it's tearing apart trying to contain so many emotions all at once. The longer I stay in there made my head ached from a splitting headache.

“Please…” I begged, sweat trickling down her forehead. “Let me go. Take me away from here. C- can't take it anymore.”

“That's never going to happen, princess. I've caught you. So, you are mine. Mine to as please with.” his deep hypnotic voice echoed in her ear, causing a shiver to run down her spine.

...

Beep, beep.

My alarm rang, dragging my attention from my drawing book. It was time to head back home. I realize it was 7 pm already.

Looking down at my work, a sigh couldn't help but slip out of my mouth. I've drawn my dreams, outlining them more vividly this time.

I've been having that dream for as long as I can remember, the annoying part there was that I've never seen the face of whosoever was holding me captive.

However, I have a nagging feeling it's a werewolf.

Only werewolves can have sex in public without caring for anyone or the outside world, so long as their mate is there, they will immerse themselves in each other.

I've always believed werewolves are ferocious and vicious beings. They are animals with no sense of reasoning. Not only that, they are ugly creatures who roam about in their wolf form at night and walk among us humans during the day.

They are predators who stalk their prey at all times. But, how are we to know them when they are in their human form, so we could avoid them?

Standing up from the ground, I packed my books inside my backpack, then put on my earphones blasting my ears with loud music just so I could shut down the emotions coming from people.

Being an empath, I have just a few friends and In other to avoid the crowd, I spend most of my time here in this hideout since I am over-sensitive and easily overwhelmed. My house is one of the places I dread most, especially these days. My adoptive parents are always at each other's throats since they are always fighting. I'm always the cause of their fight.

Don't get me wrong, I love my adoptive parents, if they hadn't found me by the trash when I was a baby, who knows if I had been alive by now.

My adoptive mother, Selene loves me wholeheartedly, I could literally feel her love for me, her husband, Blake is something else. Right from when I was small, I felt like he has something against me, as time goes on it turned into something else. Pure Hatred and Jealousy. He thinks I stole his wife from him. As petty as his reasoning is, I can't blame him. The fact that I understand him made it difficult living there.

Their arguments are mainly about kicking me out of their house. I would have gladly left, but it would break Selene's heart.

None of them know that I'm an empath. In fact, no one knows about it, and I prefer it that way. My adoptive parents are religious humans who will easily believe that I'm possessed or something, they, however, are aware of supernatural beings that lurk about at night.

A shrill sound from my phone made snapped me out of my daze.

It was from Selene.

‘Mom?’

‘Dina? Where are you? There's an emergency, come home quickly!’

‘Did something happ…’ she ended the call before I could speak.

My heart thudded in fear, wondering what must have happened. Mom has never sounded this terrified, which means it's bad.

Could it be that she got into a fight with her husband again? The thought got me running out from my hideout and running home.

Their house was several miles away from my hideout, so it took me twenty minutes to arrive home.

Panting, I entered inside, only to freeze when I saw mom and her husband in the living room. That was the first time in a long time that I've seen them so quiet and peaceful, it caught me by surprise that I couldn't help but gawk at them and then narrow my eyes suspiciously.

“W- what happened, mom? What's the emergency?” I asked tentatively.

Just to be safe, though, I opened my senses and allowed myself to feel her emotions. She had been calm and happy this morning, nothing to worry about. But now, far deep in her mind, I sense a knot of dark, uneasy feelings and guilt. The guilt was consuming her, she tried to hide it.

A frown etched its way to my forehead when sensed mom feeling guilty. Why does she feel that way? I didn't like that feeling at all. I tried pushing farther inside her to get a better understanding, but it was pointless. I still couldn't understand anything.

“Mom?”

She immediately burst into tears. “Dina, your sister, they have your sister.”

I blinked. She's talking about their biological daughter, Marley. “What are you talking about? Who?”

“Werewolves! Those animals, they took her.”

My heart skipped, I quickly rushed to hug her while patting her back. “You don't know if that's true, mom. They can't just take her if she didn't offend them. Besides, it's not too late, let's wait a bit and see if she will come back home. Marley might be at her friend's place for all we know, she's not a kid anymore, mom. She's now eighteen.” I said calmly, truth is, I was anything but calm at that moment.

Ever since our town became aware of supernaturals, everyone always stays indoors once it's ten in the evening. We've heard of wild animals killed in the bushes but never heard of werewolves kidnapping humans. This was new.

Selene shook her head feverishly. “We've already confirmed it, Dina, it's the wolves. Your dad… h- he's gambled in a casino owned by the wolves. Now, he's owning a large sum of money, they took Marley in exchange for it.”

With wide eyes, I glanced over at dad and was shocked. Usually, I'll feel the hatred coming from him, but strangely I felt nothing. It was odd because he doesn't seem worried about his daughter.

Turning back to mom, I rubbed her back. “It's okay mom, let's think of a way to bring her back. We can connive with them, and see if they can release her until we think of a way to get the money…”

“Can't you see?!” she snapped, shocking me. Selene has never raised her voice at me before, even when I'm the cause of her broken marriage. “There's no way on earth we'll be able to get that kind of money in a short period of time, unless… ”she trailed, her eyes watching me guiltily.

“Unless what?” I asked. Why do I have a feeling I won't like what she's about to say next?

“Unless we give them something in return, unless we give you to them, Dina, you are our last hope.”

I flinched. “What?”
