I've been training Ryan non-stop for the week. Today is his last day of training because tomorrow he'll be fighting a guy.
Ryan was giving his best. He was becoming better and better everyday. I made him wake up at five in the morning and train until eight with breaks in between, of course. Then he would be free until five in the evening then we would resume the training until eight.
It was hard but he managed to do it. He made a lot of progress within these days. Nobody asked us any questions because they had no idea what we were doing. Whenever we would go to the gym, it was empty.
I also went on three missions this week, with Enzo and the team which consisted of his siblings, Dominic and Dante. Enzo and I barely spoke to each other unless when it's Necessarily.
He threw orders and I weirdly started following then without asking questions. I know why though. I dint want to speak to him. I was getting too...comfortable to say the least. I'm not used to getting attached.
Sean prolonging my stay was like rubbing salt into my wounds. He told me that I'll be free to go in two more months.
Two fucking months... that much time should be enough to take down Vladimir and complete my revenge right?
As for my revenge, I had to hit pause for a while. Only one men was left and his name is Liam Collins. He is currently out of the country but he's supposed to return in two weeks.
"Lea!" Blake shouted, snapping me back from my thoughts. I completely forgot that I was having dinner.
"What?" I asked calmly.
"Where were you lost? I asked you something." Blake stared at me intently. I avoided his gaze and stared into my almost empty plate.
"Ask again"
"Where are your parents?" He asked, curiously. My grip tightened on the fork in my hands as I thought of my parents. Their dead bodies flashed in front of my eyes making me squeeze my eyes shut. I took a deep breath before answering in an emotionless voice, "They're dead."
Blake's eyes showed sympathy and I hated it. I don't like being pitied. It makes me feel weak and I am not weak.
"I'm so—"
I cut him off, "Don't."
He was about to say something but decided against it. He kept his mouth shut and got back to eating his dinner. The rest people who were at the table stayed out of whatever happened and ate quietly.

The next day, we were all going in the gym. The fight between Ryan and the two guys were starting soon.
I was standing in front of everyone, beside Enzo and the guys; Blake, Antonio and the rests as well as Arabella. Ryan smiled at me and I nodded with an encouraging smile.
"Remember what I taught you?" I asked and he nodded.
"Don't lower my guard. Don't let myself get distracted. Watch my opponent carefully and find his weakness. Tire your opponent by letting him start the fight. Hit him once or twice then start the actual fight when you notice that he's tired already..." He recited making me smile, "You're definitely going to win this."
"It's against one of the best fighters." He mumbled, a bit unsure of himself. "I taught you more than ten ways to kill in this one week Ryan- and you just have to knock him down. You're more than ready."
I did teach him more than ten ways to kill a person in this one week. Ryan was a fast learner, making the whole thing a whole lot easier. He is definitely going to win. He was, after all, trained by the best assassin in the world-not that he knew it.
While almost everyone were confident that Ryan would lose, I was sure that he'd win. I walked back to my place and watched as Ryan got inside the ring along with another well build men.
It was unfair. An old well trained man against an eighteen year old, new recruit. I had no idea why Enzo did what he did but I'm sure it's for the best.
Enzo nodded at a man who then shouted, "Begin!" And then the fight started. The man launched himself at Ryan who was only avoiding his punches and kicks. Ryan was suddenly kicked in the stomach, making him fall. He groaned in pain before standing up again.
Almost everybody were laughing and shouting as Ryan was unsuccessfully blocking his punches and kicks. Enzo only stood there and watched without saying anything.
I knew he would stop the whole thing when he notice that Ryan wouldn't be able to hang on. But Ryan looked nowhere tired compared to the man who were getting tired by throwing punches.

|Ryan's POV|
Last week, if you would have asked me if I was ready for this fight I would have replied with a no. But if you ask me the same question today, my answer will be yes.
I'm more than ready. I was trained by Lea. She's a very smart and confident as well as strong and beautiful woman. She inspired me in many ways.
She's like the sister I've never had. I had no idea why she was helping me but I was grateful that she did otherwise I doubt that I would even hold that long in this fight.
Brad kept on throwing punches and kicks in my direction. Like Lea told me, I observed him very well. I observed their actions and it seemed like they were going like a certain rhythm.
He would punch with right hands first then punch with his left hands twice. Then he would kick with his left foot twice before with his right foot.
I managed to block several kicks and punches but also failed in blocking some. It was getting harder and harder with every passing second yet I wasn't tired. Brad was sweating which meant that he was tired.
Perfect.
Before I could make a move, I received a kick in the stomach, making me fall on the ground. Brad smirked and walked towards me.
I took him off guard by kicking him in the back of his legs, making him fall on his knees. I then pressed his pressure point and watched as he fell unconscious.
Then I began attacking Brad by kicking him in his abdomen. He groaned in pain just before I threw a hard punch in his jaw. He fell on the ground and I jumped on him, pinning him on the ground with all the force in my body.
He was unable to move. His hands finally tapped the ground three times in defeat. The crowd erupted. Some were shouting, some were clapping but I couldn't care less about them. My eyes fell on Lea who was smiling proudly at me.
She was confident that I would win and here I am...the winner. I smiled gratefully at her before glancing at The Don who only nodded his head.
"The winner is...Ryan Gonzalez!!" Someone shouted, making everyone clap their hands. Then everyone began making their way out except Lea, Don, Blake, Antonio, Dante, Dominic and Arabella.
I got out of the ring and walked towards Lea who smiled before she patted my shoulder, "Congrats."
"Thank you" I replied, "None of this would have been possible without your help so, thank you. I'll be forever grateful."
"Anytime" she replied before walking away. Don and the other ones who were present stared at me in confusion.
"Why were you thanking her?" Dominic asked, confusion written all over his face.
"Oh...she trained me." I replied with a smile, "She trained me everyday since past few days for this day. Without her, I'd have lost today."
Don only nodded and left the gym while the others smiled at me and congratulated me one more time before leaving too.
|Lea's POV|Today we would return back to Enzo's mansion—where I usually stay. We were all having breakfast when the door flew open and someone walked in.Alessio."The job is done," were the first words he said to Enzo before his eyes fell on me. I ignored him and continued to eat my food, pretending like he wasn't there. He left without saying a word and now he's back, wanting to do what? Hang out and eat ice cream? When our parents died, I spent every single day looking for him but in vain. He was too good at hiding and He didn't bother to look for me, yet I forgave him because I was too darn happy to have found my brother again. It's been what? weeks?...since I last saw him. He didn't even bother to tell me where he was going or for how long."Lea, I'm sorry..." He apologized, knowing that I was mad. I'm bound to be. I was worried—even though I didn't show it but I was. When he said the last words, everybody's heads snapped in his direction like he wasn't used to apologize. I also
|Third person's POV|The door flew open and several men stepped out, holding their gun firmly in their hands. The room was quiet. The men could only hear their own footsteps and breaths as they walked across the room. They could see dead bodies and blood spilled everywhere. It didn't take longer than a second to guess who made all this mess."Find her. Now!" The boss, Logan, shouted at the other men who instantly split themselves up to look for her. After a few minutes of searching, the men returned with their heads lowered."There's no one here, boss." One of them spoke as they watched the Logan clench his jaw in frustration."Mother fucker," Logan hissed, placing his gun back in his waistband. He then dismissed his men who left instantly. As soon as his men left, Logan called someone to clean up the mess. However, before the man could leave the place, he was shot straight in the head and fell on the

Stupid motherfucker. It surprised him when I went to put on loud music, to make sure that nobody would heard what was going to happen in that room."Won't you remove my boxer, babe?" Daniel asked, winking at me. I was going to remove those ugly eyes of his.I shot him a face, filled with disgust, "I'm good." I could drop the act. The man was tied with chains and loud music was playing. Nothing could go wrong now, could it?"What do you mean? You have other ways to please me? Okay let's see, then." Daniel was even more excited than before. He was such a fool, I couldn't wait to rid the world of his existence. Honestly, I'd be doing the world a huge
|Lea's POV|I sat and waited for Lewis to show up. While waiting, I was constantly looking at the man from earlier's direction. Something about that man seemed familiar to me but I couldn't place my hand on who he was or where I saw him.One thing is for sure, he was familiar. While trying to figure out who the man was, someone sat in front of me and cleared his throat."Lewis." I nodded in acknowledgment. I already knew that he was there, I just didn't want to talk to him. He can be really annoying sometimes."Evelyn." Lewis nodded and smiled. Obviously, he didn't know my real name."Why were you late?" I asked out of curiosity. My eyes suddenly fell on that familiar man who was looking at me."An old friend of mine was brutally murdered earlier today. There was a plastic Dick in his mouth. The sight of his body was just disgusting."I fake gasped "Oh my god! Do you know who did it?"Lewis shoo
"Lea!!!" He shouted before engulfing me in a bone crashing hug. He was smiling brightly when he parted away.I smiled back at him. "Hello to you too, Sean.""Won't you invite me in?" He pouted making me chuckle lightly. I stepped aside and let him in.Sean Blackwood, my closest friend. I have a lot of friends but Sean is my closest friend and he's also the American Mafia's Leader. When my parents died, my sixteen year old self was lost. I had nowhere to go, nobody to go to.Luckily for me, I met Sean while walking on the streets. He was only fourteen back then. He had earphones plugged to his ears and wasn't looking where he was going. He would've lost his life if it wasn't for me. I saved his life and he felt like he owed me so he took me to his house. The Blackwood family welcomed me in. I felt safe... I felt at home with them.Sean and I became friends, the best of friends. I taught him a lot of things as well as fighting which I w
"I'm gonna miss you" Sean said, wiping away a fake tear before hugging me.I chuckled before hugging him back. "We will meet in a few months." It was true. Sean will be coming to see Enzo in a month or two so that they could discuss how to take down their enemies. Sean also told me that I could not leave and return unless The Boss says so which sucks. But of course, I'll be free to do whatever I want apart from leaving the damn place without his permission."I know." He replied, "I'll miss you.""I'll miss you too." I broke the hug and grabbed my suitcase. I'll be staying with the Italians for at least three to four months. The man from earlier who I learned was named Marco helped me with my suitcases. I then got into the Black SUV before Marco drove away.I sighed as I rested my head against the headrest. Three to four months.. How am I going to help the Italians and avenge my parents at the same time?I can't hit pause now. I've reached so far...
"So, how old are you two?" I asked, placing my clothes in the cupboard. I had a freaking closet back home..."Nineteen" they replied at the same time."What about you?" Blake asked. Curious now, are we?"Twenty." I replied making both of them smile. They don't get tired of smiling do they?"Enzo is twenty two, Arabella is twenty four." Antonio said to which I nodded even though I didn't ask but it's good to know.Enzo was a very respected man. Many people admired him for his work. He took over the Italian Empire when he was only sixteen and made it reach great heights. He made himself known and feared. He was the Mafia King, considering that the Italian Mafia was the most powerful mafia. After unpacking my stuff, I placed the suitcase in a corner of the room before turning to Antonio and Blake who had been talking to me ever since I got here. They're really fun to be with. Almost as fun as Sean. Honestly, both of them are giving me the 'Sean Vibes'."You're fun. I like you." Blake sai
Am I in a what with who?"Run that by me again?""I do not repeat myself." He said, walking away from his table. He went behind me towards the small bar and poured himself a glass of wine before turning back to face me."Well then I didn't hear so I guess, whatever you asked me, won't be answered." I replied, standing up. I walked towards him and grabbed a glass before pouring myself a glass. He was observing my every move. I rested my elbow on the bar with my drink in my hand and turned my head to face him.He clenched his jaw and his grip tightened on the glass he was holding. I guess nobody ever behaved this way with him before.Well, there's a first time for everything."Are you and Sean Blackwood in a relationship?" He repeated, his eyes boring holes into my soul. He was getting angrier with every passing second. I could imagine fumes getting out from his ears. There was no way Sean and I would date. I like him and all but not like that. Besides he was younger than me. He was onl
