It all seems too familiar but all in a bad way. It was the same rush to the hospital. Detective Chad and Ria made it to the nearest hospital and Drake was taken into the operation room to get the bullet out of his system. All thanks to the fact that detective Chad had his identity card as a detective with him and he briefed a doctor about the case.

Detective Chad and Ria waited outside the operation room. “Don't worry he will be fine.” He placed his hand on Ria’s shoulder gently to stop her from trembling.

"Ria!”

She heard Ian's voice. Ria looked toward the direction and Ian was there with Ethan walking towards them.

“Ian.” Immediately she stood up from the bench and ran to him. Ian hugged her tightly and she sobbed in his chest.

“I am glad that you are safe my love.” Ia
