Chapter 122

The car screeched to a halt in front of Lisa’s compound. Lisa opened the door from inside and alighted the car.

She opened the passenger seat and carried Isabella out of the car then closed the door. She walked inside the house and noticed everywhere was so damn quiet.

She helped Isabella sit on the couch in the sitting room.

“Bella’s” she called out and suddenly she saw Arabella running down the stairs at full speed.

“Arabella careful!!” Lisa heard her nanny scream at once.

“Oh my goodness” Lisa quickly stood up and rushed to the stairs. Just as Arabella was about to slip, Lisa was quick enough to hold her. She had almost hit her head on the ground.

“Oh Jesus! Arabella what were you thinking by running down the stairs “ Lisa yelled at her. She felt so scared when she saw Arabella running down the stairs that way. She was sure Isabella was running that way on the school stairs and broke her leg.

“I’m sorry mommy,” Arabella said and pouted. Her eyes were already teary
