Insecurities

The sun rose high up in the sky, Adeline thought of making breakfast for everyone most especially Coast to see if he had forgiven her or perhaps soften up to her.

Fortunately for her, Coast was the one who walked in.

“Good morning” she greeted him with a warm smile but he was dead silent on her.

“How is Bella feeling?” She asked again but he still didn’t answer her.

“I made breakfast for her and you, can she come down?” She kept on asking to see if Coast would answer her or not.

“No” he finally replied.

“Okay then” she answered. Coast just stood there without touching the food she made for him.

“Adeline” he said her name but not calmly, rather roughly.

“Yes” she answered making tea for herself, she had gloves on because she didn’t want to burn her hands with the heat.

“Did you really see the omega poison Bella’s coffee?” he asked again watching her every reaction to see if he could figure out the truth.

“Yes I did” she answered.

Adeline! Tsk Tsk!! You poisoned Coast with the tea cup when he touched it...that explains why you were wearing gloves and not cause it was hot. You laced the outside of the cup or when he inhaled to smell the tea if it smelled different from it's usual aroma. He'll know it was you who did it!!
