Alec and Mia lie in the jacuzzi wrapped in each other's arms, just chatting. They start to make plans for The Bachelor, and on how to decorate the house and all the rooms.

The Ranch-house has twelve bedrooms each with its own bathroom. So, every girl will have her own room. Each room has a sliding door that opens onto a porch that extends right around the house.

The living room is open plan with a courtyard where the bar and lounge areas are. All bedrooms open onto the courtyard, except Alec's suite which is down a hallway where his home office is also located.

When he first took over, Alec hired a technician to set up a CCTV network for him to monitor every corner of the house and the barn and stables where about 5,000 cattle are kept in outposts.
