Having Alex pack everything that we were bringing to our new home was a whole lot more efficient than us doing it together, but that also meant me having to let go of about seventy percent of my own belongings because according to him, I don't need multiple pieces of the same thing when in fact, I do. I tried arguing with him, but he said it wouldn't fit inside the house so we had to compromise with me only having two of the same things.
