Aya's POV

Mildred's Mr. Arnold was acting out because I said I didn't trust him, and instead of taking my side, she chose a total stranger.

It was very typical of her, she never loved me the way I loved her, it was either her job, boss, colleague, customer or even an unborn baby daddy over me.

I wanted to be mad at her, but I couldn't because I had no right, she should be mad at me instead, thanks to Jake. But why didn't she tell me?

Or did she? Maybe she did, but I didn't take it seriously.

I closed the door to her room, and was about to leave when I heard Mildred's discussion with her Mr. Arnold.

"When are you leaving?" She asked him.

I thought I was the only victim of Mildred's cold-heartedness, but it reached Mr. Arnold.

I wish he had come to me instead, but maybe he didn't come because of that stupid Jake, who was a good for nothing.
