He seems different

Sandro panted.

His sea-green eyes narrowed, and he winced as a muscle in his back popped.

“Shít!”

He darted across the room to the corner, far away from where Thalia was.

He leaned against a pillar and grasped the chain lying on the floor, wrapped it around his body and secured it with a lock.

“Alessandro?” Thalia shot him a questioning look as he tightened his grip on the chain.

“Do not come closer.” He repeated, slowly.

But, she did the opposite of what he said.

Thalia parted the curtain and stared at the sky. “It's not even a full moon yet, why are you shifting? I thought you could control your shifting at will.”

She glared at Sandro as he didn't respond, and she heaved a sigh, “You need to keep calm, Sandro. You can control this.”

“It's different.” Sandro winced as his knees gave way. He fell to the floor and stayed on all fours, “You need to leave the fúcking room!”

“How can I when I don't even know what is going on with you? You make me confused here!”
