Heather and I spoke for a while on the phone, and soon I hung up. I sat in the living room watching television; I was bored. I really did not have anything to do. Getting a job was out of the question. I dared not walk into any establishment as Luca's wife to look for a job. I stayed at home all the time except when he took me out.
