I sighed in relief when I saw that the program hadn't started yet when I entered the auditorium. I wandered my eyes around for a vacant seat and saw Daisy waving me over to the seat next to hers. I pursed my lips together in a tight smile and hurriedly walked over to where she was.

Daisy looked at me suspiciously as I sat down on the chair. "Where did you go last night?" she asked.

I merely shook my head. "I don't want to talk about it."

However, she continued to rant. "I thought you could handle your alcohol well since you told me so, but you were only on your third glass when you got drunk."

I sighed. Alright, maybe I did bluff a little bit last night. I just wanted to drink in celebration of my graduation. And apart from that, I also wanted to forget that no one ever came to the special day.
