~Sienna~

The sound of a zipper sizzle in the air, Nova’s hurried footsteps pad loudly around the room.

I can’t hide the delightful glow in my heart, a hidden joy over the fact that Lilian is finally leaving.

She’s going back to whatever hellhole she crawls out of. Nova is leaving with her.

My cheeks heat up, my eyes dance with secrets as I help with packing her bags.

“You better don’t miss me too much while I’m gone, okay?” She winks, laughing softly, the waves of her hair swinging along.

Will I really miss her while she’s gone? I think we both know the answer to that.

I’m a horrible friend, I know.

“I will not.” I shrug, the corner of my lips crooking.

“You bet,” she sneers, playfully.

Her phone vibrates and she checks the screen.

“My mom is here. She’s in the taxi, waiting.” She murmurs, picking up her green designer bag, matching her green tank top over the white joggers.

~Sienna~It’s alright. I’m good.Just get to the dinner, smile, get along with the conversation, and return to my room.Easy peasy.I sigh deeply. My hands tighten on the sink as I stare at my reflection in the mirror. My hair is bunned up on my head, completely exposing my bare back as the satin red dress hangs low on it. Tiny straps hold it in place. My tits, heavy and full without a bra, spill tightly into the material. My lips shine with just a gloss on them.I swallow. I glance at the tiny watch strap on my wrist. In thirty minutes, the waiter is going to come get me, but Elias will soon be here.I blink, forcing a smile onto my face. The knock sounds on my door as if on cue.I take one last look at myself and turn around. The slit on the right side spreads open as I walk, stretching to my mid-thigh. It exposes creamy white flesh, narrowing almost to my inner thigh.I want him to see what he’s missing and will never have again. I want him to remember every moment, every time we s

~Sienna~Fairy LED lights are woven into the sheer white curtain material. Petals are scattered around the living area, on the floor, table, everywhere. It smells sweet and dreamy.I don’t see Nova.My heart squeezes as my breath rushes. My steps falter as the door clicks softly behind me.“Sienna,” Nova cries, rushing out of the inner room to me.Before I can even move my feet, she’s in my space, her arms thrown around me, hugging and squeezing me to her body.“I can’t believe you’re here. I’ve missed you.”She sniffs, pressing tighter, the softness of the bathrobe on her body tickling my skin.My hands hang loosely at my sides. I don’t know where to put them. My brain is still processing what’s happening right now. Why’s she hugging me? Missing me?She pulls back and looks into my eyes. Her eyes are damp with tears, her lips pressed tight.“You left, Sienna. You left me,” she sobs, her hands trembling as they hold my arms.My brows pull together, but I try to blink away the worry, s

~Sienna~One month later. My heels click across the frosted glass floor of the hotel lobby. Everywhere dazzles and shimmers with wealth and luxury, the kind you can’t just get with money, but with connections, too. This is the highest, most grand, luxurious hotel in Chicago.I don’t expect anything less from the Garrisons. They have the money. They have the connections. And they know exactly how to use them.I clutch my bag tighter and move forward, throwing a glance over my shoulder at Elias, who’s dragging our luggage behind him.His eyes are wide with awe as he scans the towering ceilings, the cascading crystal chandeliers, the polished marble pillars that look like they belong in a palace instead of a hotel. When he catches me looking, he grins and gives me a wink.I shake my head, a small smile tugging at my lips, and continue toward the reception desk. The front desk is carved stone trimmed with gold, the receptionist poised and flawless in a tailored suit that probably costs mo

~Sienna~My butt hits the bed the moment I glimpse the first sentence in the letter. My hands tremble as they clutch the gold, shimmering paper, the edges crinkling beneath my grip.A wedding.A motherfucking wedding, and she wants me to be her maid of honor.Fuck.I didn’t see that coming. Not even a little.I had looked forward to this day. We joked about it, even about having our weddings on the same day, but after all that happened, I didn’t expect her to reach out to me for the occasion.I mean, it’s a big day for her, and she wants to have the friend who betrayed her with her. Even though it wasn’t intentional, I still betrayed our friendship. What has she been up to? What made her decide to reach out?I had thought she would never consider our friendship again. That she had chosen to forget us.So she had actually thought of me. Thought about me all this while. She still remembers me. Still values what we had, what we were. Our relationship wasn’t erased, wasn’t buried as deep

~Sienna~“Surprise!”I freeze. My steps pause at the door, my hands tighten on the knob. The room is full. Familiar faces and close colleagues. Some of Elias’s staff and also my personal assistant. Their faces are wide with beaming smiles, they stand gathered in the living room. Colorful balloons. Blue. Pink. It’s decorated around the living room. Three cakes are lined up on the center table, my babies names are written on it. My heart leaps with excitement. I can’t contain my laughter as my lips widen and I double over. I turn back to Elias, smiling. “It’s is mind blowing.”He shrugs, his hands clasping on the baby’s strollers. Noah and Naysa are both curl up in the coziness. “You didn’t say it’s going to be this much,” my mom chuckles, pushing Nyomi forward in her stroller. He grins and winks at her. I push the door wider and step inside, then step aside for Elias and my mom. “Welcome back home, Miss Sienna and congratulations.”“Welcome home babies,”Their voices rings o

~Sienna~I sigh softly and nuzzle deeply into the softness. It’s warm and embracing. I just want to stay here like this. But a sudden distant cry rings in my ears and I frown. I squeeze my eyes tighter, but the sound gets louder. I can’t block it out no matter how much I try.Where am I? Why is there a baby here?A baby?My babies. I move my hands, wanting to feel my bump, to know how my babies are doing, but my hands feel heavy.I try to move them, so bare, but I only feel my fingers twitch. Then slowly, like a rewind tape, everything comes back into my mind. The pain, the fear, the cries, the tiredness, the voices. My eyes blink open, then close back from the light. The crying has disappeared. It’s like it was only in my mind earlier. My hands move to my stomach, and the big bump is gone, but it’s still a little bigger than my usual size.Everywhere is quiet, but I can hear the sound of movement and hushed voices.I open my eyes again, groaning at the harshness of the light.“Sienna
