I struggled angrily against his grip, but he only pressed his fingers into me harder. He’s too big and much stronger than I am. I have no hope of overpowering him this way. The tips of his claws pressed into my flesh, piercing the skin. I cried out in pain and looked up to meet Gunner’s eyes. Fear overwhelmed my body as I took in his dangerous and uncaring expression.
