Chapter Five.

Jasper placed his pen on the table where he had been sitting for the past hour. Lunchtime was in full swing, so the professor looked out the window. From his seat, one could clearly see the schoolyard and the beginning of the pavilions behind which the children were crowding, although the sun had not yet had time to break out from behind the clouds today.

The boy rested his chin on his hand, sighing softly and frowning slightly. As it was said on the eve of the school, two new students were to be transferred to the school. Both were assigned to the same class. All the representatives studied in Jasper's class, he knew one of the students, or, to be more precise, he heard about him. He wasn't able to personally teach Nate, but all the teachers spoke of the boy as a very capable student. The boy was said to have a younger brother. He was like Nate, that is, he had a very good mentality, so he was sent to study abroad.
