Andrew’s POV —

The drive over to my father’s house was a blur. My knuckles were white around the steering wheel, and every red light, every pedestrian, felt like it was mocking me, slowing me down while my rage burned hotter. I gripped the envelope containing the DNA results, the weight of it anchoring the storm of emotions that had been building since yesterday.

Anger. Betrayal. Confusion. Hurt. Every one of them punched me in the chest, twisting my stomach, making me wish I could erase every memory I had of him—my father, or the man I had been told was my father.

I slammed the car door behind me.

The house loomed before me, pristine and cold, the manicured lawn a stark contrast to the chaos I felt inside. I walked up the steps, hand trembling—not with fear, but with a dangerous, coiled energy. The front door swung open before I even had a chance to knock.

He was there. My father. The man who had raised me, molded me, lied to me. And in that moment, every polite memory, every moment

Lily’s POV I woke up to the sound of soft chatter in the living room. For a moment I thought I was still dreaming—because no one ever came to the apartment without calling first—but then I recognized the voice instantly.Sophia.“Oh my God,” I whispered, sitting up. The dull ache in my muscles from last night pulled at me, but it didn’t stop the rush of warmth that filled my chest. Sophia. My best friend. My sister in everything except blood. And the one person who always knew when I was falling apart, even if I didn’t say a word.I shoved my hair into a bun, wrapped a cardigan over my pajama top, and pushed open the bedroom door.Sophia stood in the center of the room, arms wide open.“Baby girl,” she said dramatically. “You look like you’ve fought three dragons and survived by pure sarcasm alone.”I let out a weak laugh and walked straight into her arms. She hugged me tightly, rocking me slightly.“I missed you,” I said into her shoulder. She pulled back and cupped my cheeks, inspe

Andrew’s POV……The alarm didn’t ring. It didn’t blare or scream.A soft vibration against the monitor, a muted flash in the corner of my vision — subtle, the kind of alert you only get when the danger is too close for the system to risk being loud.I froze. On the screen, the grainy night-vision image sharpened, focusing on the figure crouched near the side of the building. A hooded man. Calm. Deliberate. Too deliberate. He held something small, metallic, glinting beneath the security infrared. And he placed it directly under Lily’s bedroom window. My blood went ice-cold.“Adrian,” I whispered, hitting the encrypted line. “Wake up. Now.”His voice was sluggish, still half asleep. “Bro, if this is about breakfast—”“There’s someone outside our safehouse.”He snapped awake instantly. “I’m online.”The feed duplicated on his side. A beat of silence followed.Then—“Shit.”The man straightened, adjusted something in his pocket, and took out a phone. He typed slowly, almost lazily, then li

  • A NIGHT WITH MY BILLIONAIRE BOSS    Chapter fifty nine: Revelations

Andrew’s POV — The city looked different on the drive back. Quieter, slower, yet buzzing underneath like it knew what had changed. I gripped the steering wheel as if it were the only thing keeping me tethered, the memories of the past forty-eight hours flashing through my mind: the twins in my arms, Adrian’s screens lighting up with every hacked file, the satisfaction of finally transferring my father’s assets, and the heavy weight of the charges I had filed. And Lily. She was the only reason I hadn’t completely unraveled. Her image kept me grounded when I wanted to scream, break things, or disappear into the chaos of my own making. Pulling up outside our apartment, I felt my chest tighten. I didn’t know what I would find. Would she be angry? Frightened? Betrayed by my absence? I swallowed hard and stepped out, running a hand through my hair. The moment I opened the door, laughter floated through the door, Aria's laughter. They all looked up at me, lily's face turned to a frown

Andrew's pov……I held Aria's hands and led them inside. Lily was in the kitchen,I could hear her humming softly while arranging some flowers she’d bought yesterday. The sight of her, serene and alive, made my chest tighten with both longing and relief.“Lily,” I said softly, as the twins peeked from behind me.Her head turned, eyes widening slightly. “Andrew? And… Aria __the twins?”“I brought them here,” I said, setting my jacket down and letting the twins step forward. “They'll be staying here with us for a while.”Her gaze softened as she took in the twins, she had met Aria already but she doesn't know Aiden “Aiden this is Lily, my girlfriend” I said Aiden arched his brow at me I wanted to kick him “Nice to meet you Aiden”“Nice to meet you too Lily”Aria hugged lily and they whispered something and then giggled, I looked at Aiden again and saw some bruises on his hands, dad must have hit him again.Once the twins had settled, Lily stood and turned to me.“Andrew… what happ

Andrew’s POV — They say good times don't last forever. The first time I saw them, I didn’t know whether to punch someone or punch Adrian. The photos.Scrolling through my feed, I froze, my jaw tightening. There she was. Lily. Smiling, laughing, captured in the dim, neon glow of the Obsidian Club. Her hair catching the lights like fire, her eyes sparkling with joy—and mine in her gaze. My heart should have soared. It shouldn’t have been my blood boiling. It was my blood boiling. The comments below were merciless, filled with the usual mix of admiration, jealousy, and thinly veiled judgment. And in the corner of my mind, I couldn’t ignore the pang of guilt. The world could see her now. Her face, her life, her moments of trust. And I hadn’t.Not that I could have stopped it.I slammed my phone onto the desk with a force that made it wobble. My fists clenched before I even realized it.“Who the hell…?” I muttered, pacing the length of the room.Sabrina’s name appeared in my head before I
