I had made an appointment to go and see the therapist for on the following Wednesday afternoon. I sorted it out with work and was able to finish early every Wednesday. I would just work from home that evening. Wednesday soon came round, and I found my way to the offices of Dr. Shelley Thompson. She had been the therapist recommended to me by the doctor and by Tina. I didn’t know how Tina knew her, I didn’t want to ask. I opened the office doors and was greeted by a chirpy “hello!” The receptionist waited for me to get to her desk and asked if I had an appointment. I explained that I had an appointment to see Shelley at 2pm. She typed up on her computer and then told me to take a seat. I went to sit in one of the chairs in the waiting area. It was a nice room, painted in a pale blue color, it had comfortable chairs, not the plastic ones you usually get in doctor’s offices, the music playing
