“Ahmm!”

The morning had arrived. Aramis slept in peace, and so did Layla. She thought she was finally accepted but little did she know, Aramis thought he slept with Phoenix last night.

“Hmm!” he groaned again when changing his side and rubbing his eyes open. His eyes stared into the light coming from the window for a second before he yawned and turned to his side. It took him a few seconds to realize he wasn’t in his bedroom.

Once he got the idea he was naked, his mind lost the ability to think. He rushed to sit up in the bed and turned his face to the side where a naked girl was sleeping beside him.

Terror embedded in him when he found Layla naked in the bed with him. It was almost like he had a stroke. He silently pushed the blanket off and strolled out of the bed to gather in the corner. It took him a second to turn around and punch the wall hard enough to knock the frames off and wake up Layla.
