Lily’s pov
It was finally Summer break. I just graduated, I was no valedictorian like my sisters, but I had done well and my parents told me they were proud of me. I was looking forward to spending the summer with my sisters. Angelina was enjoying her travels with her mate and was marked a while ago. She told me it was even better than expected, feeling connected to Jayden in a whole new way.
Emma and I were packing our clothes, I had been wearing my hair down for the last few weeks. The curly girl method took a while for my hair to get used to, but now my curls were looking better than ever. It was a lot of work, but so worth it.
Noah might have been an ass, but he had taught me that I should love myself more. I shouldn’t compare myself that much to others and embrace my hair and my curves.

Lily’s pov I saw Alpha Osiris and a woman talking in the waiting room. The woman was really cool, she had short hair and a bunch of tattoo’s. Osiris’ pov After Lily and Emma agreed to stay at my packhouse I immediately went shopping. I asked Jara to join me so we could talk about Emma. I wanted to buy some things for Lily to make her more comfortable this week. I bought some plastic covers for her ankle, some paint supplies and I mindlinked the omega to stuck the mini fridge in Lily’s room. Jara and I had dinner in the city at a nice Indonesian restaurant. Lily’s pov For some reason I don’t understand, Alpha Osiris wants to show me around town tomorrow. I had spend yesterday in bed most of the day, but today Emma has promised to do something fun with me. I woke up, still a bit sore and took a shower. I hadn’t dared to take another bath after last time, but a shower was safe especially with that stool. I just sat there for a while, letting the hot water run over me. I hated this, having a cast and feeling so useless and vulnerable. I let my hair air dry, not wanting to waste time with anything today. Osiris’ pov Fuck, I forgot about Jenna. She really didn’t deserve this, but I was too preoccupied with Lily. I can’t believe she just showed up and Lily was there to see us. Lily’s pov I was so surprised when Alpha Osiris apologized, but he had shown his real feelings when he once again insulted me. I just wanted this day to be over, but when Alpha Osiris promised me to take me somewhere special my curiosity got the best of me. Osiris said I had to ride on his back in wolf form. I had never done that, but it sounded kind off excited. I had seen his wolf before, but only for a short time when he scared me enough to trip and brake my ankle. But seeing Santos now was different, he was trying to get me to pet him and he was licking my face. It was actually really cute to see such a big wolf act like a small puppy dog. Osiris’ pov Santos has been mad at me for the last 3 days. He had clearly told me not to profess my love to her and I did the exact opposite and I did it badly. Lily’s pov I had to take it slow, but I could use both my legs again. I needed a lot of rest and couldn’t walk too long. But I was so happy to be out of my cast and back at the Blood River pack. Lily’s pov Although it was great to spend time with my sister, this trip hasn’t been great for my body. First I broke my ankle and now I need a bunch of stitches on my shoulder and arm. The doctor said it would heal fine, but I have to keep out of the sun for a while with the wounds or there will be scars.
