Cyrus’ pov
Osiris asked me to be the one to welcome Kane. He’s another human that is in danger from another pack. Or something. I don’t fucking know. All I know is that Osiris asked if Kane could use my house, since I’m not using it right now. I spend all my time at April’s since I did that fucking pack thing.
Since Kane doesn’t has a werewolf partner, Osiris thinks it would be strange letting him in by himself. one will suspect Kane at my house and they will keep an eye on him, until they know they can fucking trust him. I wonder what Kane is involved in.

Chris’ pov My first week at the Iron River pack went different than I thought. Although most packmembers were nice and welcoming, I miss my old friends and home. I feel like an outsider here and I hoped that starting at school would help. It didn’t though. There is a lot going on at that school, new students and teachers that aren’t sure they want to be around half-bloods and humans. I’ve been having a lot of students in my office, that I have to reprimand for mistreating their half blood students. It's not easy though. Lily’s pov April’s wedding was so special, I could feel the love in the whole packhouse. Everyone was so happy for them. They didn’t want a big party and I could understand why. This was perfect, just the people that were special to them. The only thing that went wrong was when Chris and Meadow started to dance. I looked over at them and they seemed to be getting close. Meadow even placed her head on Chris’ shoulder. But something happened and she ran away. I watched them together and I knew it wasn’t something Chris did on purpose.
