Lily’s pov
When we arrived at the Moon Stone pack we were greeted by my parents. They were so happy to see the three of us and my mom commented on how much better I looked. I felt better, even if at times it was still hard for me. That week home after Arden kidnapped me had been so hard for me. Home, it was funny because in some ways this always would be my home. But now that I was back I realized how used I had gotten to the Iron River pack and how much I considered that my home now. I walked to my old bedroom and it didn’t feel like my room anymore. The paintings on the wall didn’t represent me anymore and it felt like the bedroom of a teenager and not an adult.

Osiris’ pov Everything between me and Lily has been great, like really good. I still find it hard at times to let go, I’m imagining all the things that could go wrong or could hurt Lily and the baby. Especially now that she’s passed the halfway point. I know it’s much harder for her than it is for me, but knowing she won’t be able to shift if something happened is driving me and Santos crazy.
