4 - The Dress

I had certainly hoped that school would have gotten better these last two weeks, but of course it hadn’t. My mates had sent me flowers three times, and the girls just got even worse with their snarky comments about it supposedly being fake.
I knew they were jealous, I just knew it. No one was sending them flowers. I started a scrapbook and had some roses hanging up to dry out. I of course saved their cards and hoped soon I could get some pictures of them for my book.
My true dream and hope was that one day soon, I wouldn’t need my romance novels anymore. One day soon, my life would be even better than a book. Because it would be real and it would be mine. My life with two mates.
