Chapter Thirty-Six

Jasmine’s POV

I looked at Alex because maybe he mindlinked her to come so we could clear the air but he also had a surprised look on his face.

“Oh, Alex. What are you doing here?” She asked him then walked to him with the widest smile on her face and hugged him.

I moved aside when she did that and Alex looked at me before returning the hug. “You know that this isn't your room right and you can just bar he into it,” he told her softly and she only giggled to his chest.

I stood there feeling awkward in my room. “But I knocked and Jacob said that you are in here. What are you doing here?” she asked then stared at my tummy. My bump was kind of showing so I covered it with a pillow.

“Okay. Let’s go now. You can just disrupt us.” he said to her.

“I am not a kid anymore Alex.” she frowned and only smiled.

“I know that. It’s been so many years already and I have missed you. How is papa?” He asked her and I sighed.
