"Sure thing, Ava. What do you need?" Damien asked, turning back to face me.

"Well, I hate to trouble you, but do you think you could get me a spare laptop? I need to check something, and I can't use mine," I explained, my request laced with a sense of urgency.

Damien nodded, understanding the gravity of my request. "Of course, Ava. I'll arrange for a spare laptop for you. Is there anything specific you're looking for?"

I paused for a moment, considering how much to reveal. "I'm trying to find some information about someone, and I can't risk using my current laptop. If it's possible, I need a clean slate to do this search. A fresh start, you know?"

Damien's eyes reflected a mix of curiosity and concern. "I get it, Ava. No worries. I'll make sure to get you a spare laptop, and it'll be clean and ready for your search. Anything else you need?"

I shook my head, grateful for Damien's willingness to assist. "No, that should be it. Thank you, Damien. I really appreciate your help."
